Abstract :
In order to solve the problem of voltage amplitude fluctuation in mine power supply systems, a new type of mining flameproof voltage stabilizing transformer is designed in this paper. The compensating voltage is superimposed on the grid voltage via the compensating transformer which is in series with the power supply line, recovering the deviation of the grid voltage amplitude in real-time. The voltage RMS feedback single closed-loop control method is employed. For the purpose of avoiding the excessive overshoot and integral saturation phenomenon, an adaptive fuzzy PID controller is designed and put into use in the control system. A simulation model is constructed in the Simulink environment and the feasibility of control strategy is verified by the results. Finally the design scheme is validated by building a prototype and doing experiments.
