  • Abstract
The use of the electrical equivalent circuits for account of optoelectronic systems considerably simplifies modeling of dynamic and static processes, is especial with the help of the computer. Such approach allows to use already existing programs of simulation (SPICE etc.) or to develop original. The developed equivalent electrical circuits of optoelectronic devices result to simplification of modeling of processes in optical and electronic systems. It was shown as an example of simulation of system the photobattery-semiconductor laser. With the help of these circuits the influence on dynamic behaviour of the laser of back light of the laser was simulated, which gets on the photobattery (source of a photocurrent is controlled by the voltage, which simulates a light beam).
