Abstract :
One of the most powerful factors, which are bringing in flux influences on parameters phototropic environment, is the resonant influence of extraneous radiation on modulating environment. Resonant influence here is understood as interaction of particles phototropic environment with quantums of radiation which wavelength equivalence of energy transition between energy levels of modulating environment, which are not connected to processes of radiation in active substance. Using influence of extraneous radiation as synchronizing, it is possible to reduce duration of an interpulse interval and to lower uncertainty of the enlightenment moment modulator environment, and thus not only to stabilize pulse frequency of the laser with phototropic modulator, but also to increase it. The numerical modeling results to confirm the possibility of stabilization and pulse frequency increasing through synchronizing influence on the environment of the modulator.
