Abstract :
As the characteristic of FPGA is high-speed and parallel processing, it is widely used in high-speed processing system. This paper takes the data processing of X-ray spectrum as object, designed pulse amplitude analyzer based on FPGA, that realizes the pulse-shaping, baseline restoring, correction and compensation and so on which are all digital designs. We designed digital comparator and digital hysteresis comparator to take multistage ache pipelining mode to achieve the pulse´s amplitude. Using Lagrange interpolation to achieve the fit of pulse peak and has developed energy resolution.
