Abstract :
A large-capacity power conversion system for a permanent magnet (PM) motor drive consisting of two or more converters has a lot of flexibility. However, it is important to suppress cross current between the two converters. This paper investigates the cross current suppression performance of each control method and provides useful hints about the current control loop gain setting and reactance of the combination reactor.
