Abstract :
This paper mainly discuss related algorithm of avoid congestion in the area of congestion control agreement on TCP protocol. It has also illuminated in condition of network congestion, the service quality significance of improving network according to the influence of grouping overlap transmission mechanism by the overtime. Via to research and analysis of traditional rapid overlap transmission mechanism and algorithm, it bring forward new solution based on this. Compared to experiments, the improved slow start and congestion avoidance algorithm can not only better settle congestion question but also make better use of network resource and improve the whole performance of network.
