Abstract :
The purpose of this work is an analytical description of fields of radiating mode and waveguide mode of the planar optical waveguide in coupling gratings with voluntary profile of grooves U(x,z). We have compared two types of coupling gratings: parallelogramic and rectangular. For calculation we have used the amplitude profile of TE0 mode. The efficiency of the CG with complicated profiles is calculated.
