Abstract :
The paper introduces and studies a storage testing system for hard-target penetrator in high shock environments. The system is a kind of micro-converter, based on ADuC812, can be battery-powered and need no external lead. Its electro circuit module is protected by buffering materials, installed within penetrator. When striking targets, the real-time data can be measured and stored. After the testing system is recovered the information can be transferred out correctly. In this paper, the compositions of the storage testing system, the choosing of the sensor, the design of the power supply and hardware as well as software are presented. With the testing system, we conducted two sets of penetration experiments, obtained acceleration-time data. These data were analyzed in detail. The results measured by the testing system agree with the actual cases.
