Abstract
In this paper, a novel current control strategy applied in linear synchronous motor (LSM) drive system is proposed based on resonant proportion (PR) current controller. First, the characteristics of PR regulator is analyzed in detail, and the theoretical model of LSM in stationary reference frame is established. Then the structure for the control strategy is given. It consists of an outer PI speed loop and an inner current loop. Compared with conventional PI current controller, proportion resonant controller is employed to build the current controller in stationary reference frame. Simulation results verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed LSM current control method.
