Abstract
As an efficient means to increase network capacity, the half-rate technique has been widely used, but at the same time it also caused a decline in the call quality. Therefore, for the use of half-rate technique, we should follow the principle of standardize, optimize and control. Based on the data of Cell channel resources and usual traffic, we use the decision tree method - C5.0, to propose a optimization model of threshold setting.
