Abstract
RFID technology involves the use of RFID tags for the identification and tracking of objects using radio waves. In recent years, since RFID is applied extensively in enterprises, urging faster and larger scale on the development and research of RFID-related systems. One important issue among numerous research topics is how to prevent collision between RFID tags. A number of researches have proposed different heuristic algorithms for this purpose. In this paper, aiming at EPC Class-1 UHF tag, we propose an adaptive anti-collision algorithm which enables readers to reduce unnecessary procedure for order delivery and effectively enhancing identification speed during the identification process of RFID tags.
