Abstract
This paper presents a fundamental control method to decrease stator vibration of the 12/8 bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM) at the commutation point of the phase current. It states the control basis, and deduces the motor control parameters such as the main winding current, suspension winding current, turn-on angle and turn-off angle etc. In addition, a torque compensation strategy is presented. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is effective.
