Abstract :
Reflectivity of high contrast subwavelength grating (HCG) is experimentally characterized with the HCG being top reflector in an all-pass-filter cavity. Large fabrication tolerance of HCG is demonstrated. Good agreement is achieved between experiment and simulation.
