Abstract :
In this paper, we present a new method for description of filtered phase-noisy signal. The method is based on time-discretized filtering model with asymptotic accuracy. This explicit method has demonstrated good stability due to integral representation of related Fokker-Planck equation rather than the differential one. The method we have obtained is very accurate and readily applicable to arbitrary bounded impulse response of the filter.
