Abstract :
Mechanically flexible deep-blue emitting organic semiconductor distributed feedback (DFB) lasers have been fabricated by a low-cost approach using soft lithography from a holographic grating. The devices are operated in ambient atmosphere above a 14.4 μJ/cm2 threshold.
