Abstract :
Because of diffraction wave exists in the reflected signal of ground penetrating radar (GPR), which makes the graphics data processing difficult and the data calculation precision inaccurate of ground penetrating radar. A method based on the wave equation migration with finite difference to eliminate the diffraction waves in GPR data processing is proposed in this paper. The research work includes algorithm analysis, practical sample modeling and test. The measurement results prove that this algorithm can meet the test range and precision requirements of GPR.
