Abstract
Appearance of social media cloud system can provide media services and open tools for share own ideas, opinions, experience and etc. Also, the increase in mobile device with mobility has increased the need for a tool of media information sharing and a user-created content circulation through the network. Therefore service providers of social media are developing virtualization rule to constitute resource pools according to user environment. This paper proposes an intelligence virtualization rule to distribute automatically resource of social media service in cloud computing environment. Proposed rule provides virtualization resources according to the server´s physical resource utilization by users. For this purpose we applied multiple layers of neural network learning model to rule. And virtualization information caused as a result recommended to user and feedback. Thus, Users can receive the recommended resources in the process of connecting the user´s context.
