Abstract :
The EPON_EOC network which is designed for Triple- play in China´s broadcasting industry is analyzed. Besides, technical advantages of next generation billing system are indicated. Then, a performance optimization solution of this system is proposed, which is demonstrated to be feasible and effective in test results.
