Abstract :
With the development of science and technology and the popularization of network, people are easy to gain access to the network and it has been introduced to the teaching field and plays an important role in evaluating and learning. However, as to how to give a fair evaluation and objectively evaluate the teaching efficiency is still difficult to deal with.
