Abstract :
We report a two-stage frequency domain equalization method for non-data-aided coherent polarizationmultiplexed 16-QAM system. Robust performance against polarization-mode-dispersion and long-haul transmission is experimentally demonstrated using cascaded blind CD compensation and dual-mode adaptive equalization.
