Abstract :
With the development of enterprises informationalization, vast amounts of data are accumulated. And a variety of heterogeneous databases appeared on the Internet. How to access and extract these heterogeneous database are key technology for enterprises increase profits and market share. Technology of extracting data has become a hot project for business and IT sector. In this article XML and its characteristics briefly are introduced. Finally, using XML and JAVA technology, the realization process was presented in this article.
