Abstract :
An optical waveguide demultiplexer for wavelength-division-multiplexing intra-board chip-to-chip optical interconnects is proposed, designed, and fabricated by integration of cavity-resonator-integrated grating input/output couplers and distributed Bragg reflectors. Two-channel demultiplexing is successfully demonstrated for the first time.
