Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which puts client on the central location, plays an important role in automobile marketing field. It can help corporation understand customer´s requirement better. improve the relation between customers and corporations, and enhance the customer´s satisfaction degree, then advance competitive strength. The application of data dig technology in CRM would let CRM system into intelligent direction, and help automobile Marketing Corporation forecast operation developmental, and help corporation disentomb new customers and hold old customers, then make corporation at a more advantage competitive position.
