Abstract :
At present, in order to solve the low efficiency and high cost problem in the process of CNC milling, using OptiMil-XL to control the CNC milling machine parameters, which manufactures at Control Technology Limited Company in Israel, it monitors the actual milling parameters and makes feed-rate automatically adjust to the most appropriate parameters. It also gives an alarm when the actual load reaches overload limits or surpasses the limits. Comparing with the traditional method and this one, traditional method doesn´t optimize the parameters in practice but just in theory, it is proved that this way improves processing efficiency and reduces cost.
