Abstract :
A new electrostatic-focusing Spindt-type field emitter array for a field emitter array (FEA)-high-gain avalanche rushing amorphous photoconductor (HARP) image sensor was designed. Simulation results showed that the new electrostatic-focusing FEA can improve the electron-beam extraction efficiency.
