Abstract
To drive logistics providers share their information truthfully within a supply chain is key to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The paper explores how to set up information sharing system within a supply chain, especially the information sharing system between integrated logistics agents and logistics providers by using revised Groves´ theory, then the effectiveness and the possibility of the incentive system were proved based on the case study.
