Abstract :
Vacuum freeze dryer vapor captor was taken as the study object, and a mathematical model of freeze dryer vapor captor heat transfer process was established to simulate and analyze heat transfer process. In the condition of low temperature and low pressure, influence of frosting in vapor captor heat transfer process was researched, the varied rule of frosting thickness and density in different time was obtained. The results show that with increasing of time, the frost thickness and density increase, heat transfer coefficient reduces. After 20 hours, frost thickness is about 9.6mm, then, increases with a gentle speed.
