Abstract :
This paper uses analysis methods of saturated steam thermodynamics and fabric physics mechanics. Steam supply, formation, formation by pulling out wet, operating mode of steam thermal energy and condition of fabric stress were researched in physical process of fabric ironed. It Promulgated relationships between ironing pressure, pressure area, frictional force of fiber body, and contact area in condition of satisfying fabric ironing effect. It discovered saturated steam temperature and pressure were satisfied relationship of Clapeyron equation. By way of using gasification support body design innovatively can increase greatly contact area of steam and fabric and improve ironing effect effectively. The result indicates using basic research methods of steam thermodynamics and fabric mechanics can promulgate relationship of intrinsic thermodynamics and mechanics factor influencing ironing effect, propose innovatively new ironing product design.
