On behalf of the organizing committee, it gives us great pleasure in welcoming all participants to the Second European Workshop on Visual Information Processing. EUVIP2010 succeeds the first workshop on Visual Signal Processing and its Applications (ViSPA), which was organized at the University Paris XIII in 2008.
