Abstract :
Polarimetric interferometric radiometers are analyzed, including the polarization leakage and other non-idealities in the front-end, which can be measured and modelled with S-parameters. The main purpose of this study is to develop a model for accurate description of the effects of the polarization leakage in polarized interferometric measurements from geostationary orbit.
