Abstract :
According to the analysis of modeling, planning and simulating for discrete manufacturing system, Integration system framework of Digital Factory´ planning and simulating was put forward. We have researched the Object-Oriented Modeling method for Digital Factory system and the operation mechanism of manufacture process simulating. Based on the analysis of simulation, manufacturing system can be optimized and validated including its planning design, system capability, layout planning, production line balance, planning process etc. As the example of engine cylinder head production line, the planning process was analyzed and optimized by modeling simulation based on eM-Plant in early production phases.
