  • Abstract
    In order to overcome the deficiency of the current open laboratory management information systems based on Web, in this paper we present an opened computer laboratory management information system framework based on hybrid mode, and have implemented an opened computer laboratory management information system C-LIMS. It meets the individual needs of the experiment teaching well by integrating the mobile teaching mode and the network teaching mode. At the same time experiment processes can be monitored in C-LIMS via the workflow mechanism. Practices showed that C-LIMS can meet the needs of current Universitypsilas computer laboratory management well. And in this paper, the C-LIMS architecture, SMS working mode and experimental process modeling methods are discussed.
