Abstract
6W-based learning is a new-type of self-directed learning. This article stresses the importance of 6W-based learning. The definition of 6W- based learning is explained, and the modes, models, features, and stages of 6W- based learning are discussed. In order to empower Internet users to use 6W-based learning, some measures of enhancing 6W- based learning are provided. The authors consider that it is essential and important to develop 6W-based learning.
