Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In the recent years, the undergraduates addict themselves to the network and idle away their education has been a it has been a pin pot to the society. Many investigations and researches have been done to that question in the paper. And psychology theory has been used to analyze the reasons caused the question based on the amount of data. At last the correlative measures and treatments have been provided to the young undergraduates.
