Abstract

As the primary format, the research of presentation videos with electronic documents has vital significance. Based on the research of synchronization technology and SCORM specification, this paper proposed an semiautomatic algorithm on sync of the PPT presentation videos and their electronic slides, designed an editing system for educational resources (referred to PPT presentation videos and electronic slides in this paper), and implemented the resourcespsila organization and view, temporal linking of the video and its source document, shot annotating and retrieval. Otherwise, a brief process of creating high-quality SCORM-compliant content package is presented.
