On training of news communication talents under network condition

With fast development of media industry in our country in recent years, the demand for media talents is increasing and the model for talent training in the sector of news and communication has been transformed. The training of talents in this field needs to follow the development trend of domestic press industry. So attentions should be paid to changes in development in this industry so as to establish comprehensive ways of talent training and to train talents of multiple capabilities. In addition, theoretical research, teachers training and investment in this field should be strengthened with the aim of training highlevel talents that are capable, adaptive and innovative and socially needed.
