  • Abstract
    In this paper,an integrated dual frequency band antenna operating at UHF and GPS for portable radio is achievable using the coaxial folded type of monopole. This folded monopole antenna has good return loss and provided good gain at UHF and GPS frequency band. By using this folded monopole antenna, it eliminates the requirement to have two different discrete antennas to be used in a single portable radio.
