Abstract :
In this paper we present a numerical model for the design of microfluidic assisted porous silicon microarray for the optical monitoring of biomolecular interactions. The kinetic binding is studied as a function of several physical, chemical and geometrical parameters. Optimization conditions in order to maximize the sensor response and increase the accuracy are given.
