Abstract
This paper describes the effect of the field distribution stemming from multiple transmit antennas on a single handset. The purpose of the experiment is to analyze the SAR effect from multiple transmit antennas on one single board and this could be the case in a multiple-input multiple- output (MIMO) antenna design. The question to be answered is how two transmit antennas transmitting at the same frequency but with variable phase will impact the field distribution and max levels on a handset and in a head phantom.
