Abstract :
In this paper persistent awareness coverage problem for mobile sensor networks with awareness loss is addressed, where the goal is to cover the mission domain periodically and guarantee full awareness coverage of a finite set of points of interest. A closed path for mobile sensors is designed so that the persistent awareness coverage task can be accomplished. Then, it is proved that the persistent awareness coverage task can be accomplished for a given network of mobile sensors if and only if there exists a solution to a set of linear inequalities.
