Abstract
This paper addresses the problem of stabilization of uncertain systems by means of the linear robust controllers. Dynamic programming and Lyapunov´s theory for designing of control algorithms are further developed for plants which contain unknown bounded fluctuations. The link between Bellman´s concept and the second method is established. Necessary and sufficient conditions for existence of the robust feedback strategies and the systems stabilizability are derived
