  • Abstract
    A new type InGaAsP/InGaAlAs quantum well is employed for high-speed, high-efficiency all-optical wavelength conversion. Less than 6.4ps all-optical impulse response with a successful 40Gb/s NRZ data transmission is demonstrated.
