  • Abstract
    The continuing moisture absorption in normal halogen-free laminate was mainly from phosphorus-flame retardant, such as phosphorus containing epoxy or additive phosphate. After moisture absorption with PCT, phosphorus containing laminate were found that Dk/Df would continue to increase with absorption time. However, the Dk of non-phosphorus laminate could reach an equilibrium value at PCT time at 5hrs. So the electrical properties of bromine laminate would be more stable than those of phosphorus system.
