Abstract :
A lossless periodically loaded transmission line with a distributed amplifier topology having a superluminal or negative group delay is designed and manufactured. The potential application of such line with abnormal (superluminal or negative) group delay for squint-free operation of a series-fed phased array antenna is also described.
