Abstract :
Considering the fuzzy and stochastic feature in evaluation, a cloud model for assessing the water resources reproducible ability is suggested. The new evaluation model can not only show the fuzzy feature of grade, but also indicate random attribute of the degree by hyper entropy. Apply the model into assessment of the water resources reproducible ability of 9 regions in Yellow River basin and the result is compared with other traditional methods. The comparison shows that the proposed method is simple, reliable and can reflect the uncertainty in evaluation.
