  • Abstract
    We are developing the IR camera evaluation system. It consists of 1 m off-axis paraboloid, targets, blackbody, and analysis software. Particularly, we used the patented polishing machine, dedicated for fabrication of large off-axis mirror. With this system, several parameters such as MTF, MRTD, NETD, SiTF, S/N, FOV, distortion can be measured for about 800 mm IR camera.
