Abstract :
Under the background of knowledge economy and continually mass customization mechanical products design, hybrid integrated design of mechanical products is presented based on biology gene engineering. As the basic and important research content, mechanical products and mechanical parts coding form are established. The coding form, totally describing product information according to its function mode, overcomes some lack of traditional coding system which established on the basis of shape statistics and part classification. Subsequently, the paper presents the method of establishing database of mechanical product gene. Effectively combining hybrid integrated design and gene recombination would solve celerity design of mechanical products through applying to existing biology gene engineering theorem.
