Abstract :
For resistance furnace has a large inertia, delay, uncertainty caused by the system outside interference and ctime-varying of model parameters characteristics, a practical linear reduced-order ADRC with parameters tuning method is proposed. This new method employs a linear reduced-order model with ascending curve method and based on PID parameters tuning. Hardware circuit designs combine with linear reduced-order ADRC in resistance furnace temperature control technology, not only in accuracy but also in energy conservation has a good superiority.
