Abstract :
In this paper, we study manufacturing grid resource scheduling strategy based on local caching. First, we propose a resource encapsulation model for manufacturing grid´s local cache. Based on this model, we study the design and deployment of local caching of the manufacturing grid, and improve the algorithm of local cache replacement. The enhancement of benefits of the new local cache policy is analyzed quantitatively and compared with LRU through experimental data. It is shown that the access time reduces dramatically with our improved policy.
