Abstract

After presenting a paper at a conference, consider turning it into an article for the Transactions on Professional Communication journal. The former and present editors of that journal describe the process, focusing on the special characteristics of an archival, peer-reviewed journal. The IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication is an archival, peer-reviewed, quarterly journal that addresses a broad variety of communication issues.
